洛阳中美影视文化传媒有限公司成立于2004年2月16日，是一个以高端影视制作、三维动画制作、户外广告发布、影视广告代理为主要业务内容的综合性文化传媒机构。
高端影视制作：公司拥有一支真正专业的影视制作团队，公司编导、摄像由曾经供职于中央、省、市各级电视台十余年、工作经验丰富的编导执掌，后期制作由曾供职于北京、上海、郑州等地知名传媒机构及影视动画公司多年的动画师、后期制作人员担当。公司依托深厚的各级电视台背景，多年来与洛阳电视台等媒体密切合作，曾成功策划并在中央电视台及洛阳电视台播出《邻里之间》、《跨国寻亲》、《留守儿童》、《小遗址亟需大保护》等一批获奖电视片，同时为中油一建、南车洛阳机车厂、河南壁画馆、三彩艺等企业制作广播级的影视宣传片并在央视播出。
三维动画演示: 公司以服务客户为宗旨，以三维图像技术为核心,由曾供职于北京水晶石及清华伟景行动画公司工作多年的动画领衔，主要制作纯三维建筑类动画、机械类动画，为房地产企业、城市规划、项目开发、工业仿真、古籍复原、教育教学、军事、农业等方面提供全程三维动画制作支持及数字化体验解决方案。目前已成功制作出《建业龙城》、《顺吉秀水城邦》、《国宝花园》、《六冶工业安装》等三维动画演示片十多部。
户外公告发布：公司拥有市区多处位置优越的广告，多年来先后为我市中泰、中亚、建业、泉舜、宝龙、凯瑞、永嘉、增凯、正大等房地产商和洛阳协和医院、金梦家具、客香来、香格里拉酒业等单位发布户外广告，恪守信誉，受到客户一致好评。
